Previews® opened its doors 80 years ago on Manhattan’s distinguished Madison Avenue, where a visionary entrepreneur redefined luxury real estate marketing by capturing fine estate homes on film. During the next four decades, Previews remained solely focused on marketing luxury homes to a global clientele, employing a gold standard of service and innovation. In 1980, America’s oldest real estate brand—Coldwell Banker Real Estate, LLC—acquired the rights to create a “best in class” luxury home marketing program now known as Coldwell Banker Previews International.
